the Economic History Department
The Department of Economic History has moved from its offices in EC1. We can now be found on floors 2 & 3 in Alfa building. The department secretary, student advisor, and the director of undergraduate studies can be found on floor 2. The deparrtment head and director of graduate studies are located on the 3rd floor.
The Economic History Department, an integral part of the Lund University School
of Economics and Management, has about 50 staff members and offers courses ranging
from the undergraduate to the postgraduate level. Research represents a major
feature of the department's activities and is funded by both the state and external
sources. The department's substantial, externally financed research gives it
a unique position within the Lund University School of Economics and Management.
