Accomodation
The organizing committee has pre-booked rooms in three hotels, and will offer a small subsidy of roughly 10% in these hotels if you make the booking through us. You may of course also register without accomodation included and find your own hotel in Lund. The registration+hotel package you can book here includes three nights stay (Arrival Thursday June 28 and Departure Sunday July 1 2007). If you wish to stay more or fewer nights we kindly ask you to make your own hotel reservations.
Sparta hotel, is a plain and cheap hotel which is situated next to the Conference
Venue There We have pre-booked 25 single rooms and 25 double
rooms. Per night you will pay 50 Euros for a single room, 60 Euros for a double
room and 30 Euros for a share in a double room. Breakfast is included.
Hotell Planetstaden is a new hotel, with good standard, which is situated 10
minutes walk from the conference venue and 5 minutes walk from the centre of
Lund.
We have pre-booked 40 single and 10 double rooms here. To stay in this
hotel you will pay 75 Euros per night for a single room and 95 Euros for a double
room. Breakfast is included.
Grand Hotel is an old and fashionable hotel in the centre of Lund, 25 minutes walk from the conference venue, or you can take bus 1 in the direction of Östra Torn, and stop at "Sparta".
We have pre-booked 5 single de luxe rooms (125 Euros per room and night) and 5 double rooms classic (155 Euros per room per night).
We will make our best so that everybody gets a room according to wishes, but
in case of full-booking, rooms will be allocated according to a first come first
serve basis.
