Last week Luciana Quaranta was promoted to Associate Professor (docent).
Her research focuses in Historical Demography and primarily contributes to the debates on period and early-life determinants of living standards, health and wellbeing. It uses detailed micro-level data to explain macro-level processes, understand societies and societal developments across time and to link the past to the present.
